History of enterprise - «Art-osnastka»
Joint-stock company «ART-Osnastka» was founded in 2004 by Rasim Asfandiyarov, who subsequently became the general director of the company until 2011. Rasim Asfandiyarov has devoted his entire life to research and engineering work in the field of casing and cementing of oil and gas wells.
He graduated from the Ufa Petroleum Institute and spent more than 20 years working within the walls of BashNIPIneft, he worked his way up from the ordinary engineer of the drilling department to the head of the equipment and technology department of oil and gas wells. Over the years, a large volume of scientific research has been done, many scientific articles and publications have been written in the field of wells cementing. Rasim Asfandiyarov is the author and co-author of a large number of inventions, many of which were patented. All this knowledge, developments and inventions became the basis of the scientific and technical base of ART-Osnastka.
Since its foundation and for more than 14 years, the company has been successfully developing and manufacturing casing accessories for oil and gas wells located in fields with various field conditions.
